South Dakota requires that you complete 75 hours of training and 16 hours in the clinic to meet the training requirements. After the completion of the Certified Nursing Assistant Exam, you will be added to their registry and will be officially licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
Two years from your date of certification, you’ll be required to complete your recertification.
